new here

David started school two weeks ago and is really enjoying it so far!  Seems like yesterday that we packed up and moved from Denver to Pittsburgh.  On the first day of class his instructors said that in only 9 months they will be administering epidurals all by themselves.  Wow, he realized how much he has to learn between now and then!  :)

John David is growing like a weed!  At his 6 month checkup he weighed 20 lbs 3 0z and was 26.5 inches long.  He is rolling over, pushing up, and I think he'll be crawling soon!  Right now he gets around by pushing himself backward and rolling where he wants to go.  He babbles constantly and has just started saying, "da da da da da."  Watching him grow and learn has been very rewarding.

I'm working 2 days a week right now and I'm very thankful for the opportunity to spend more time with our son.
